Reso

List your stay.

Get booking requests direct from guests, with no commission and no middleman.

A page for your resort, homestay, villa or houseboat. Guests see your photos, rooms and free dates, then send you a request. It’s included with every Reso plan.

0% commission
Guests pay you directly at the property. Reso takes nothing per booking.
Dates stay accurate
Free dates come from your Reso calendar, so a room you already booked is never offered twice.
30-minute hold
When a guest requests a room, the dates are held while you reply.
You stay in charge
Confirm or decline in the app, then message the guest on WhatsApp.

How it works

Four steps, all from your phone.

  1. 1

    Get Reso

Reso is available on the web, Android and iOS. Open it in your browser or install the app, then sign up with your phone number.

  2. 2

    Add your rooms and prices

The rooms you manage in Reso are the rooms guests see: name, its capacity, your online price (per stay, per day or per person per day), and seasonal rates.

  3. 3

    Open “Online page”

In the app go to Company → Online page. Write a short description, add photos, pick the rooms guests can see, and switch on Accept booking requests.

  4. 4

    Save and publish

Tap Save and publish. Your page is live and the app shows your link. Share it on WhatsApp or Instagram, print the QR code, or add a “Book now” button to your own website.

Start with step one

Sign up with your phone number, add your first room, and you’re on your way.

What you get

Your own page
Photos, rooms, prices, amenities and house rules on a clean page with a link you can share.
QR code and “Book now” button
Both come from the app, ready for your reception desk, brochures or website.
Alerts on your phone
Get a notification when a request arrives (Android). Requests also show in your Bookings list.
Confirm in one tap
Requests appear in Bookings tagged “Online request”. Confirm or decline, then send the guest a ready-written WhatsApp message.
A Verified tag
Pages published by the owner are marked Verified, so guests know the details come from you.
Private by design
Only what you choose to publish appears on the page. Guest records, bank details and invoices stay private.

Already on Reso?

If we added a page for your property, it is marked “Not verified”. Claim it and we’ll mark it Verified once we’ve checked it’s yours. You can also ask us to correct or remove a page.

Tell us about your property and we’ll add a basic page with your Call and WhatsApp buttons. For online requests and live dates, you’ll need the Reso app.

Common questions

Does Reso take a commission?

No. Reso takes no commission on bookings, from you or from guests. Guests pay you directly, at the property.

Do guests pay online?

No. Nothing is charged on the site. A guest sends a request, and it is only a booking once you confirm it.

What does it cost to have a page?

The page is included with every Reso plan. See the plans on resoapp.in.

What if I already have a booking for those dates?

Free dates come from your Reso calendar. Bookings you add in the app, at the desk or online, block those dates, so guests only see rooms that are free.

How long are the dates held?

For 30 minutes after a guest sends a request. If you haven’t replied by then, the hold ends and the dates open up again. You can still confirm or decline the request.

What do I need before I publish?

At least one room with a price and a capacity (number of guests), and a short description of your property. Photos are optional but make a big difference: up to 12 for the property and 4 per room.

Can I edit or remove my page?

Yes. Change anything in the app and press Save and publish again, or switch the Online page off to take it down.

I don’t use Reso. Can you still list me?

We can add a basic page for you with your Call and WhatsApp buttons. It can’t take online requests, and it’s marked “Not verified” until you confirm it. To take requests online, use Reso.
