Terms of use

Last updated: October 2026

What Reso is

Reso shows properties and lets you send a booking request to a property. Reso is not the hotel, resort or homestay, and does not own, run or inspect the properties listed.

A request is not a booking

  • Sending a request asks the property to hold your dates for a short time (30 minutes). The property then confirms or declines, usually by phone or WhatsApp.
  • Your booking exists only once the property confirms it. If the hold ends before the property replies, the dates may be released.
  • If a property declines, you are not notified automatically by the site. The property may contact you.

Prices and payment

  • Prices shown are indicative, and each says what it is charged per (per stay, per day or per person per day). The property sets the final price when it confirms.
  • You pay the property directly. Reso takes no payment and charges you and the property no booking commission.
  • Cancellation, refund and check-in terms are the property’s own. Ask the property before you travel.

Listings and “Not verified”

Listings marked Verified were published by the property. Listings marked Not verified were added by Reso from public information and the property has not confirmed the details; online booking is not available for them. Details can be out of date, so confirm with the property.

Your part

  • Give correct details and a phone number that reaches you.
  • Do not send false or repeated requests to block dates, or try to disrupt the site.
  • Requests are limited in number and length for everyone’s protection.

Limits of our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, Reso is not responsible for a property’s conduct, a booking that is declined or lapses, inaccurate listing details, or downtime. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Privacy

See our privacy policy for how your details are handled.
